MedAuditShield utilizes industry-standard cloud hosting infrastructure to store and process customer data. The following measures are in place:

• All data is transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
• Data is stored in secure, managed database infrastructure with encryption at rest
• Access controls are implemented to restrict unauthorized access to systems and data
• Agency data is isolated using row-level security (RLS) policies

• Avoiding the upload of restricted or sensitive data without appropriate agreements in place

6. Incident Response

In the event of a security incident affecting platform operations, MedAuditShield will take reasonable steps to investigate, contain, and address the issue. Affected customers will be notified in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
