1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the acceptable and prohibited uses of the MedAuditShield platform. This policy applies to all users, account holders, and subscribing organizations accessing the platform.
2. Permitted Use
The MedAuditShield platform is intended exclusively for the following purposes:
- Workflow management and operational tracking
- Compliance documentation support
- Internal performance reporting
- ADR response coordination and case management
Users must use the platform in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the MedAuditShield platform:
- Uploading unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading content
- Uploading protected health information (PHI) unless explicitly authorized under a separate written agreement
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or copy any portion of the platform
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data belonging to MedAuditShield or other users
- Engaging in activities that disrupt, degrade, or interfere with platform performance or availability
- Using the platform for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purpose
- Initiating bad-faith payment disputes or chargebacks without first contacting MedAuditShield support
4. Account Responsibility
Account holders are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials
- Ensuring that all authorized users under their account comply with this policy
- All activity conducted under their account, whether authorized or not
5. Enforcement & Termination
MedAuditShield reserves the right to take the following actions in response to violations of this policy:
- Suspend or terminate user accounts
- Remove content that violates this policy
- Restrict access to platform features or services
- Pursue appropriate legal action if necessary
In cases of severe or repeated violations, enforcement actions may be taken without prior notice. MedAuditShield is under no obligation to provide advance warning before suspending or terminating access.
