Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Billing

MedAuditShield operates on a recurring monthly subscription model. All subscription fees are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled in accordance with the terms outlined below.

By subscribing to MedAuditShield, you authorize recurring billing to the payment method on file. It is your responsibility to ensure that your billing information remains current and accurate.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments are final. Due to the nature of digital software services, MedAuditShield does not provide refunds for:

• Subscription fees once billed
• Partial billing periods
• Unused access or features
• Downgrades during an active billing cycle

The sole exception to this policy applies to verified duplicate charges or confirmed billing errors. In such cases, customers must contact our support team for resolution.

3. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop all future charges and will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the platform until the conclusion of the period for which you have already been billed.

No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of an active billing cycle upon cancellation.

4. Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, you must contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution. Filing a chargeback without first contacting MedAuditShield may result in immediate account suspension.

All billing inquiries must be submitted within seven (7) days of the date of the charge in question. We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly and professionally.
